Refund Policy

We kindly remind you that all payments rendered for camps or weekly sessions are non-refundable. Prior to completing your payment, we urge you to thoroughly review our policies. Should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Our advisors are dedicated to accommodating our students to the best of their abilities. They are available to provide guidance and may facilitate the transfer of paid fees towards future programs. We encourage you to reach out to your designated advisor for assistance.

In the event of a cancellation request, Only under special circumstances the Institute may consider refund. We ask that it be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled commencement of the class or camp. Please note, a processing fee of $75 may be applicable for cancellations.

Q.What if we need to make changes in my students' camp week or class day?

A.We request to Please contact the office at least 7 days before you need to make changes in the camp dates. Your advisors will make every effort to accommodate your request if the seat  is available for the camp requested.

 

Q. What if my student  cannot attend the camp or class?

A. Please let us know at least 7 days before the camp or the class, your advisors will make every effort and find an open class or next camp or in the camp where spots are open. They may offer to transfer the fees to the regular classroom if needed.
